    • Neya does not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

    • In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.

    • Neya is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments once they have been transferred to the carrier for delivery.
