REFUND POLICY

  1. Returns

    • Neya accepts returns on eligible items within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Personalised or customised items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  2. Exchanges

    • Neya offers exchanges on returned items within 7 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please return the original item and contact us to initiate the exchange process.

  3. Refunds

    • Refunds are only provided for defective or damaged items returned within 7 days of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  4. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.

    • We will provide instructions on how to return the item for an exchange or refund at no additional cost.

  6. Non-Returnable Items

    • Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and clearance or final sale items, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
